The Red Cobra (James Ryker #1) by Rob Sinclair

The Red Cobra twists and turns, is full of action and has a central plot with numerous strands.

Saying that, there are some let downs. For example, Miguel, the handy 15-year old hacker became a convenient plot hole filler. The final two pages might have had more mystery woven in. Thought too much was made about the almost supernatural way in which The Red Cobra moved.

But on the whole, an enjoyable read and at least it wasn’t yet another police procedural.
